• The HMG group of engineers was established in Carlyle, Illinois in 1966 by Dale J. Henry, Harold D. Meisenheimer, and Robert L. Gende.
  • The objective of the founders of the firm was to provide quality multidisciplined engineering expertise for a variety of municipal, State, Federal and private clients.
  • Bruce F. Barnes started BHMG, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri in 1972.
  • July 1994, Dean Park becomes the second president of BHMG.
  • May 2003, The Arnold, MO Headquarters building is opened for business. BHMG hosts an open house for their clients and the community.
  • June 2007, BHMG expands into Illinois with the opening of a branch office in Mt. Vernon. The office is shared with other members of the HMG Group. This office allows BHMG to better serve the growing client base in central Illinois.
