The HMG group of engineers was established in Carlyle, Illinois
in 1966 by Dale J. Henry, Harold D. Meisenheimer, and Robert
L. Gende.

The objective of the founders of the firm was to provide
quality multidisciplined engineering expertise for a variety
of municipal, State, Federal and private clients.

Bruce F. Barnes started BHMG, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri in 1972.

July 1994, Dean Park becomes the second president of BHMG.

May 2003, The Arnold, MO Headquarters building is opened for business. BHMG hosts an open house for their clients and the community.

June 2007, BHMG expands into Illinois with the opening of a branch office in Mt. Vernon. The office is shared with other members of the HMG Group. This office allows BHMG to better serve the growing client base in central Illinois.
